DAS Thanks Its Dealer & Vendor Partners for an Outstanding 2013 Consumer Electronics Show
April 30, 2013, Palmyra, PA — DAS Distributors, a full-service leading Consumer Electronics Distributor and the United States supply chain division of DAS Companies, Inc., would like to thank all its Dealer and Vendor Partners for making the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show a tremendous success!
Hosted at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City, NJ, DAS welcomed a 35 percent increase in attendance over 2012. Additionally, dealer partners attending the show enjoyed more than 600 specific show specials and had the opportunity to visit 40 vendor booths, participate in 24 product training sessions, investigate six demo vehicles highlighting product and join in on Del Ellis training sessions.
"We are very pleased with the vendor and dealer response to our 2013 Consumer Electronics Show! We actively work with our dealers to understand their needs, and they told us we needed to change our entire show format. During our show planning stage, we took that feedback into consideration and made some conscious changes to enhance the total show experience to better deliver against our dealers’ expectations,” noted Rex Berfield, National Sales Manager. “Some of those changes included relocating to Atlantic City, moving show days to mid-week, and improving the overall dealer experience through product offerings, training seminars, and social and networking events. The result was a tremendous success!"
DAS has hosted this annual Consumer Electronics Show for more than 20 years. As a result of this year’s show success, the DAS Team is continuing to develop additional events and activities to create value for the loyal dealer partners for the remainder of 2013 and beyond.
