DAS Supports Mobile Electronics Dealers Through Innovative 12-Volt Training Sessions
October 30, 2014; Palmyra, PA – DAS Companies, Inc., a full-service marketing and global supply chain portfolio company, sponsored three Mobile Solutions training sessions this month, featuring Bryan Schmitt, CEO of Mobile Solutions and a world-renowned leader in audio system design and fabrication. Each training session, limited to 50 installation professionals, was filled to capacity.
“The training session provided informative and innovative exposure to the most modern techniques, demonstrated by using the best equipment and materials available for the 12v fabricator,” says Jeff Donohue at Signature Custom in East Hartford, CT.
“As an operations guy who does little to no fab work, I still found great value in the training,” says Chris McNulty, owner of Driven Mobile Electronics of Chantilly, Va. “Seeing each step of the panel process gives me the ‘info ammo’ I need to quote jobs with more profitability. The knowledge and the ability to get the client excited about the entire build-experience separates us from the guy down the street.”
“Sponsoring these training sessions is another investment in our mobile electronics dealers to help improve their bottom line,” says Rex Berfield, National Sales Manager, who emphasized that DAS helps businesses beyond its channel of partnerships with Travel Centers and Heavy Duty Trucking Centers.
“This was a great success and we’d love to get that energy to other installers,” Berfield says. Another tour will be scheduled after the first of the year. “We plan to have Bryan at our Consumer Electronics Show in Atlantic City in April 2015.”
Sessions took place Oct. 21 in Petersburg, VA; Oct. 22 in Rochester, NY; and Oct. 23 in Windsor, CT.
